Q1: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ is product-based and flexible. For standard stand up pouches and packaging film rolls, MOQ starts from 10,000 pieces or one roll; for fully customized structures with new printing plates, the MOQ may be higher. Send us your specifications and we will confirm the exact MOQ, price and lead time within 5 hours.
Q2: Can you provide OEM/ODM customized packaging?
A: Yes. As a custom manufacturer with 19 years of OEM/ODM experience, we customize film structure, size, thickness, degassing valves, up to 10-color rotogravure printing, matte/gloss/kraft finishes and bag style (stand up, flat bottom, spouted, retort) based on your drawings or physical samples. Private label and custom logo printing are fully supported.
Q3: What is your production lead time?
A: The average lead time is about 15 days for standard products after order confirmation. For new customized structures that require film testing or new printing plates, please allow 25-30 days. We ship through Shantou, Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports and maintain a 94.4% on-time delivery rate.
Q4: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, D/P and D/A, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, cash and escrow, in USD, EUR, AUD, HKD and CNY. Trade terms include FOB, CIF, EXW, FCA and express delivery. Flexible payment arrangements are available for long-term partners.
Q5: Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, samples are available. Stock samples of standard pouches and films can be dispatched immediately. Custom samples made to your structure and printing are produced after sample fee confirmation, and the sample fee is deducted from your bulk order. Average response to sample requests is within 5 hours.
